The environment is extremely welcoming from day one, whether you’re brand new to BJJ or have years of experience. Everyone is respectful, supportive, and focused on helping each other improve. Professor Russ and Professor Enrique do an outstanding job of creating a culture where students are constantly getting better while also keeping safety a top priority on the mats. You can tell they genuinely care about their students’ development, confidence, and long-term progress not just hard rounds. The instruction is detailed, professional, and organized, and the atmosphere makes it easy to keep showing up consistently. Great training, great people, and a great community overall.
